The process of analyzing a business begins when our consultants examine a company’s situation and diagnose the source of the problem. Next they prescribe solutions and help the company implement changes using a combination of analytical tools and quantitative and qualitative information.
After moving into the offices on the client’s premises, the VIE Corp. team launches into analysis, interviewing client employees, generating hypothesis that will guide their research, and diagnosing the heart of the client’s problem. The team then formulates a solution of the problem. If our client does not agree with the recommendations, the consultants go back and fine-tune their analysis. Once the VIE consultant’s team has come up with a solution the client support’s, only then the client extends the consultant’s contract to implement their recommendations.
